How do I restore a purchase?
Open the shop and choose Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. The no-ads entitlement can be restored. Consumed hint packs are not replenished.
Can I play offline?
Built-in levels are ready to play. Additional content needs an initial download. Downloaded levels can be played offline while their resources remain available on your device.
Why is an ad unavailable?
Availability varies by connection, region, and ad supply. Retry later. A rewarded hint is granted after the ad reports successful completion.
What happens when I reset progress?
Resetting level progress also restarts the tutorial. It keeps your purchase entitlements and hint balance.
